1. Early Laser treatment เริ่เริ่มการรักษาด้วยเลเซอร์เร็วเช่นหลังตัดไหมหรือภายใน 1 เดือนหลังเกิดบาดแผล
2. Combination of Lasers: Vascular Laser + NAFL/AFL โดยแนะนำเลเซอร์ที่target เส้นเลือด เช่น Pulsed dye laser (PDL, Vbeam) ร่วมกับ Non ablative fractional laser (Fraxel, Finescan) หรือ Ablative Fractional Laser (Erbium, CO2)
3. Combination of Laser and Medication การใช้เลเซอร์ + ร่วมกับ ยา เช่นสเตียรอยด์ (Triamcinolone acetonide) หรือ 5-FU หรือ Botulinum toxin
